Window manager hints for volume control

Description

A really awesome feature of PulseAudio would be to have my window manager be able to control the volume of a client that has an attached window. If I could right-click on my window's titlebar, go to a 'volume' menu, and *voila*! I'd be presented with a slider that lets me control that application's volume.
